Vanessa Abrams and Elliot Evans' place of work. It's a cozy little restaurant in the heart of Brooklyn that serves the best, you guessed it, cup of the tea in the city. Although it's not too popular with many Upper East Siders, Serena van der Woodsen, Blair Waldorf, and Nate Archibald have all been spotted here – although, probably not for the tea.
